I had my new house inspected and they were very thorough. Very glad I did as they discovered a potential fire hazard with the electrical system of the home, which I was able to get the builder to correct before I moved in. They sent me a full report highlighting any issues with the home and it's very beneficial for me to know as I move in and settle into my new home. Highly recommended.

I needed a four-point inspection done quickly for my homeowners insurance. Chris was able to come same day and had a finish report completed within a few hours he was very friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done way quicker than I ever expected. The inspection was very thorough and no corners were cut, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience! Palm valley home inspections will be the only company I use in the future!
