Walk-through consults are verbal only. No reports. No written findings. Florida home inspection standards of practice do not apply — this is not a home inspection.
Spray-foam attic? We don’t mark “not visible.” With permission we cut small sections, get the UMVI photos and measurements, then set the foam back. Credits stay on the table.

After we leave
Guaranteed within 24 hours. Same-day if requested by noon. The agreement must be signed and payment received before release.

When the writing is finished, the report is submitted to management. Nothing moves on until that step is done.

Management reviews every document and report for our clients and for our insurance and real estate agents.

When management is satisfied, the report goes to the owner for a final audit. It does not leave our servers until the owner approves it.

Once the inspection agreement is signed and payment has been received, the report goes to the client. If a real estate agent’s information was provided before release, that agent receives a copy too. After the report has gone out, the client may call and ask us to send it to any real estate professional they choose.
Every report we release includes a copy of the most recent reroof permit on file, when the company, management, or the inspector can obtain it. If we cannot locate it, the inspector asks the homeowner for a copy at the inspection or afterward. If no copy is available from the online permitting site or from the client, a reroof permit is not included when the report is released.
