Up to three names per trade when we have them. Color on this page is layout only — not a ranking. You pick who you hire. Open slots mean we have not listed a company for that trade yet.
Do your own due diligence before you hire anyone.
Always independently verify that the company has an active Florida license and active insurance for the work you need. Whenever a permit applies, have them furnish a finalized copy of the permit before you hand over payment, if at all possible. PVHI does not verify this for you on the day you hire.

This directory is provided as a courtesy only. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, certification, warranty, guarantee, or selection of any contractor, tradesperson, pest-control operator, insurance agent, or other vendor. Palm Valley Home Inspections, LLC (and any similar entity), its owners, inspectors (W-2 or 1099), employees, and agents do not warrant the work, pricing, licensing, insurance, availability, or conduct of any company listed here.
Listed companies are independent businesses. They are not employees, partners, agents, servants, or joint venturers of PVHI. PVHI is not a party to any contract between you and a listed company and does not supervise, control, or inspect their repair or construction work. You hire at your own risk.
Florida law (including Fla. Stat. § 468.8319) prohibits a home inspector from performing or offering to perform repairs on a home the inspector or the inspector’s company has inspected. PVHI does not perform those repairs and does not receive compensation for anyone you may choose to hire from this list. You must independently verify current licensing and insurance with the Florida DBPR and the company’s insurer before work begins, obtain multiple bids, and confirm the company is suitable for your specific property.
How names are grouped on this page is a visual layout only — it is not a direction to hire any company. Contact buttons open your own phone or email — they do not create a relationship between you and PVHI regarding that vendor. Information on this page may be incomplete or outdated. WDO, sewer-scope, and septic work, when performed in connection with an inspection file, is performed by separately licensed third-party providers — PVHI is not a pest-control operator.
This page is not legal advice. If you have a dispute with a contractor, pursue it with that contractor, their insurer, and applicable Florida licensing boards. PVHI’s liability, if any, for anything arising from this directory is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
