Chris grew up in construction, got licensed, and opened PVHI in 2019. The point was simple: be useful to the buyer, the insurance agent, the real estate agent, and anyone standing in the driveway deciding if the house is a yes.

Ask for a same-day report by 12:00 noon. Every other report is guaranteed within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Management audits it, and the owner approves it before it is sent. The inspection agreement must be signed and payment must be received. If either is still open, or the permits are not on hand, release can be delayed. Miss that window on us, and the inspection is on us. A summary can be given to the client and to their insurance or real estate agent by phone, in person, or email.
